Tuscan Sparkling White IGT Poggio di Canzano is produced with a second fermentation in the bottle using the Ancestral method: the wine is not disgorged to remove any sediment, so it may be slightly cloudy.
The bubbles are very delicate, they pleasantly massage the palate and the wine has the right sapidity and a good persistence.
