Our holy wine Chianti D.O.C. “CANNEUS” is produced with Trebbiano grapes.
The pressing takes place between december and jenuary after a selection in the vineyard of the best bunches left to dry.
It ages for several years in well sealed chestnut with cemented cap.
This produces a holy wine with an intense and velvety aroms with scent of fig, almonds and hone.
