In our wine IGT Canaiolo “IL FATTORE” you will find all the tuscan terroir.
According to tradition the wine is vinified with two days of maceration before fermentation.
It is subject to frequent stirring untill fermentation is exhausted.
Due to this, the wine releases all its aromas and perfumes.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
Purple red in colour, the nose is fruity, cherry and black cherry stand out with hints of black pepper, varietal characteristic and a very light spiciness on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Pairs well with pasta dishes with red meat sauces or vegetables, combines well with white meat roast, fresh cheese and fried vegetables.
